To create a Shop Account, download the FivShop app, select "Register as Business," and provide your shop name and location. You can then start managing your inventory immediately.

For COD, riders pay the shop owners upfront (minus their fee) and collect the full amount from customers. For paid orders, riders collect their fee directly from the shop owner. See our Rider Terms for more.

Yes! FivShop's core shop management features work offline. Once you're back online, the app automatically syncs your data to our secure servers.

You can switch between your personal, business, and staff profiles within the app settings. FivShop allows seamless multi-profile management under one login.
