Rider Partner Standards

Financial Exchange Rules (CRITICAL)

To ensure a smooth delivery ecosystem, Riders must follow these specific financial procedures for every order:

ACash on Delivery (COD)

  • 1. Rider arrives at the Shop.
  • 2. Rider pays [Order Amount - Rider Fee] to the Shop Ownerupfront.
  • 3. Rider delivers the order to the Customer.
  • 4. Rider collects [Order Amount + Rider Fee] from theCustomer.

BPre-paid Orders

  • 1. Order is already paid online by the Customer.
  • 2. Rider arrives at the Shop.
  • 3. Rider collects the [Rider Delivery Fee] from the Shop Owner.
  • 4. Rider delivers the package to the Customer with no cash collection required.

1. Eligibility & Conduct

Becoming a Rider Partner requires valid identification and a reliable mode of transportation. Riders are expected to maintain professional conduct with both Shop Owners and Customers at all times.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Once an order is accepted, Riders must prioritize its delivery. Delays without valid reasons (e.g., accidents, extreme weather) may affect the Rider's internal rating and access to premium deliveries.

3. Handling Policy

Riders are responsible for the physical safety of the packages during transit. Any damage caused due to negligence during delivery will be the Rider's liability as per the platform's insurance policy guidelines.

4. Communication

Use the FivShop in-app messaging or designated SMS channel to update customers upon arrival. Private communication outside the FivShop platform is discouraged for security reasons.
