Business Account Terms

1. Shop Verification
By creating a Business Account on FivShop, you agree to provide authentic information regarding your shop's physical location, contact details, and ownership. FivShop reserves the right to verify this data at any time.
2. Inventory & Product Accuracy
Shop owners are solely responsible for the products listed on their digital storefront. You must ensure:
- Stock levels are updated in real-time (especially for offline-to-online sync).
- Prices are transparent and inclusive of all applicable taxes.
- Product descriptions accurately reflect the item's condition.
3. Rider & Delivery Relationship
When a Business Owner utilizes the FivShop Rider network, they must adhere to the standardized financial exchange rules:
For Cash on Delivery (COD): You will receive the
[Order Amount - Rider Fee] from the Rider upon pickup. The Rider will then collect the full
amount from the Customer.
For Paid Orders: You are responsible for paying the [Rider Delivery Fee]
to the Rider at the time of pickup or as per the agreed weekly schedule.
4. Staff Coordination
Business accounts can manage multiple staff profiles. The account owner is legally and operationally responsible for the actions of their staff members within the FivShop application.
5. Customer Satisfaction
FivShop business owners must maintain a high standard of service. Frequent cancellations or poor ratings may lead to account suspension to protect the platform's integrity.
